As someone who already went through this moment, I can surely say that whoever are saying "Education doesn't teach you manners" is wrong. It's the management's fault. They are the only ones to blame.

Recently I went to IISc for an internship, there this scenario is totally different. You get everything as much as you can eat. So everyone knows they will get as much as they want and whenever they come (within the time bound).

But at NIT it's quite different. If you are 30 minutes late, then there's no chicken left. This is the kind of management in NIT.
