This is a super interesting conversation to start. I am so curious to read all the different opinions about a subject that is so actual, especially in this modern world 😍

I have to admit that I've always been skeptical about increasing urban density, at the cost of smaller buildings/houses. The reason why I think this way is because I come from a bit conservative background in matters of urban requalification and development. With this, I mean that I would rather keep ten small houses and renovate them for keeping the urban identity of that area, than having 5 big buildings that would improve the land use but at the cost of the urban identity. But every case is different, of course. Where I come from, this might be true, but for this specific case I am definitely pro-development.
To develop this area would actually increase a lot the standards and the value of the area itself. And honestly abandoned houses are such a waste (plus make the city uglier😖) !
