The frozen one was actually intentional. Disney stated that their computers kept crashing when rendering the animation and they couldnt fix it. So they let the braid pass her shoulder. They decided to pan the camera in this specific way to hide the error as much as possible

Game of thrones season 8 as a whole was a mistake

5:00 He very clearly tucks his lower lip in, "bringing" up his beard. And his pocket was flush to his shirt only to crumple open after he stretches out his arms.

How could this be a mistake if he only did this once because it was improved on set? How could those "mistakes" have even happened in the first place? They cut to another clip literally in the middle of Henry's motions and somehow that makes his pocket come open like we saw? And did they edit his beard in post for no actual reason in the scene?
