My cat had recently went for a grooming appointment at lake Olympia animal hospital and they over sedated him because he was scared and he got brain damage and passed. I will never send any of my future kittens and cats to a pet hospital bc they’re so rough over there. the trauma and heartbreak I’m feeling rn is something I will never wish on anyone including my baby cat. He was only 2 man. He was scared. You should help them feel less scared. It’s so unfair. I’ll never get him back now. All because of a mistake made by so called “professionals”

This was satisfying to watch because I'm about to try and groom my two cats but I laughed when the narrator said she would love to jump off the table cuz she wants to go play... no she wants to jump off the table because she feels like she's being roughed around LOL

Thank you for the video. You are pulling the tail and combing the sensitive areas too harshly. The skin around tail / genitals is too sensitive for such rough treatment. I feel the pain

Geez this groomer is sooo rough, wow yanking the tail, scruffing hard when not necessary, not using head wrap for the blow drying process, no wonder she was trying to escape...i get you want to be quick but you guys are so rough, i wouldnt take my babies to you ever just bc of that. Knowing appointment visits are stressful for cats, You should do what you can to make the overall experience, less stressful.

Okay but the tail brushing was definitely too rough. I’m not a vet or a groomer so I understand that they might know what there doing and my concern may be irrelevant but you cant even deny it 😭 I never seen a groomer comb a cats tail so roughly that way. They use a different brush and groom it way more gentle

I'm am a Cat and Dog Barber and I've never handled either in the manner you do. Lady you are in the wrong profession!!! Hint: You get the same results with less stress and negativity with this cat and YOURSELF by being calm and caring, and respectful to these animals.

That groomer was overly aggressive and just too rough. Yanking at the fur, grabbing the cat like you’re going to choke it. How many times did I feel like scratching her myself? Have a heart lady! I know you want to make it quick but you traumatized that cat…and me…beyond necessity. You would never get my 2 kitties to manhandle like that! No regard for arthritis issues or sensitive areas in the skin, or showing anything such as kindness when necessary.

I thought I would learn something from this video. Well, I did!!!
There are right and wrong ways to handle pets. THIS is definitely the WRONG way.

Please reconsider your rough and uncaring approach.
