I heard alot of people say that tracing is bad and not good, I thought they were wrong, it helped me alot . and the fact that you a talented artist said that they're wrong made me happy

I'm actually happy they said tracing isn't entirely bad, because I wanted to draw a hand from Tohma's pose, so finally someone who doesn't say it's so bad

My tip: Don't be scared to destroy your art, practice and experiment. Over-add the details for fun, just to see how will it look! More experience you gain, the better artist you will be, so dont be scared to make ugly art. Just make ones and don't post them if you find them bad!

A tip that I use and still use is drawing separate parts first, so that I know what I want to to look like, then I use those as my references and I draw them all together!

It’s sad when all u have is a phone and have to use ur finger to draw😭😭I recently bought those touch screen pens that they sell in Walmart and it’s literally the same😭😭

I really agree with the tracing one, it helped me a lot! Before I started tracing stuff, I would always get inspired, try to draw what I had in mind, then fail miserably and lose all my motivation. But after I decided to trace some poses or expressions, I started drawing a lot again because it finally didn't look as bad as before and I didn't lose my motivation. I just wish I had a bigger device to draw on other than my phone because this way I don't get better with tracing and it doesn't really help me understand the pose because I have to zoom in so much so see what I'm drawing with my fingers so I never see the full picture while drawing, just a very small part of it...

I really hope one day I can become as good an artist as you. It's been my dream to be able to draw anime, and I started drawing around the age 2 or 3 (I'm now 11) I feel like I have improved, but when I see other artists' work, I feel disappointed in my own and I don't like that. So I am going to follow your steps or tricks, and try to improve, thank you for this video 💖
