Facebook gives you lots of different options to login to your account if you forgot your password. The easiest option is to get a verification code sent to your phone number or email address associated with your account. If you don't have access to either one of these the best bet is to try to go into your email and select forgot password and try to recover your password that way.

If you can't get access to your email account you can try the friend option to recover your account if you set it up so that your friends can recover your account for you. Otherwise, you'll have to submit a help request with Facebook and upload a photo ID that's government-issued and hope that Facebook will restore your account so you can login again. These steps work the same for both iPhone and Android in 2021.
