Laplace M SEA Class emblem conversion

This is how to convert Class bound/locked emblem to current class emblem.

Only scenario to make this work
I was frost weaver and I brought 3 lv 70 emblem and fuse it to lv 80 so this emblem will be bound to me it can't sell in market, now I changed class to summoner this fw bound emblem can't be use so only way to use it is to convert it to summoner emblem.

It can't convert unbound emblem or an emblem player get as a drop from dungeon.

I drop one emblem lv.80 but i can't convert :/ they say need bound emblem but how i make my emblem bound ??
