I have severe anxiety, and what the Lord has taught me is.. “it’s just the grocery store” “it’s just lunch” “it’s just the post office.” Whatever Ive convinced myself of is not going to happen. Literally what is the worst that will happen? Now.. erase that and think of the best that will/could happen? We serve a mighty God. He uses us in so many ways. Fight through it. Never know he He will use us. ❤

I feel the same way sometimes but I remember this scriptures

Mathew 17:20
For truly I tell you, if you have faith the size of a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there, ' and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you.

Matthew 8:26: Jesus says, "Why are you fearful, O ye of little faith?" and then rebukes the winds and the sea, creating a great calm.

No anxiety no depression no nothing can harm you if you have faith. 🙏

Praise the Lord. Happy Teacher's Day, thanks to you two and the people who taught us spiritual lessons. I'm grateful to God that he connected us.
