I had COVID that lasted around 12 days. I thought I was fine but I started to notice a loss of more hair than usual. Following some research, I am realizing it’s from the stress my body had during that time and also the shampoo that I was using. So I began doing meditation, yoga daily and changed my shampoo and conditioner to littleextraa cooconion anti hair fall kit. And today I don't face any hair fall.

There are only 2 things I focussed on and it helped me to grow back my hair:
1. Reducing the factors that cause hair fall like stress, fried and spicy food, smoking.
2. Boosting the factors that cause hair growth like adding Coco Onion oil and shampoo, using reactivate hair growth serum of litlleextra, drinking enough water, good fruits, and vegetables..
Whatever the reason there is always a solution to grow your hair. Just remain confident and do not stress over it.

I bought the line but they were out with the shampoo and conditioner so I needed up getting the sea moss shampoo and conditioner it smelled so good and it loved my type 4 hair plus the rosemary hair masque though 🥰
