There seems to be a clear trend emerging of non-BJP ruled states taking on either the Centre directly or a constitutional appointee of the Centre in the state.

We've witnessed the bitter war of words between the Chief Minister of West Bengal and the Governor of the State.

Elsewhere, in Tamil Nadu - the state government and the Governor have been at loggerheads over the NEET Bill.

And the most recent controversy has been in the state of Telangana where the CM didn't follow protocol, citing illness during the Prime Minister's non-political visit to the state's capital - Hyderabad.

In the past too we've witnessed such incidents in opposition-ruled Delhi and Punjab.

Since history the conformation between states and centre happens when two different parties come to power at centre and state. This debate is too much politicised . Just a personal opinion

Healthy Debate but I think Center Govt also responsible for this bad situation because Modi G don't like debate and discussion eg. Farm laws, Demonetization, CAA, NRC, CBI, ED and IT raids
