Honestly, unlike most people not liking the original FES OP because of the gameplay in it, I really liked it. It lets you know what you're getting in the game with the daily life and dungeon sections. Also, the theme f*cking SLAPS!

You can really tell the everyone involved genuinely just wanted to do this, and the fact that Atlus approved it and let it happen is just incredible. They did not have to do that.

0:13 I still really wish they showed aigis crying in reload like they did in the original. It adds a lot of weight to the her line about not being able to shed a tear when she first comes back after her repairs

OH MY GOD, Atlus, it's so good to see an opening that we experienced in 2008, see it evolve 16 years later. With the addition of Reload cutscenes and new voices, it's even more magnificent !
