This one dispensing advice thinks she is a catch and the advice she dispenses is biased to her type. Which is the type most men don't want. They don't want HER.

I'm 66, a lifelong bachelor, not entirely by choice, nor for lack of (pointless) effort back in the day, so it is what it is.
If I was a younger man and looking, I'd sure not accept, nor solicit, any advice from divorced women, but I'd also not accept, nor solicit, any advice from divorced men, especially the plethora of divorced men with multiple marriages under their belts.

Honestly her advice is pretty basic. Take the lead on the date, listen and engage in conversation, follow the traditional male role of paying and have a clean body, clean bed and home. All of these are pretty much table stakes and don't require any unreasonable effort. The bigger issue is what Rich is pointing out is that she already is attracted to a guy BEFORE any of this, so none of this should be seen as attracting women. You have to put in the work to lead an interesting enough life that she'd be interested in hanging out in that life and what was listed are basic considerations when spending time with someone else.
