For those who dont know why voice got replaced Recently, Hoyoverse changed the voice actor for Argenti and tail, but the hoyo has yet to release a statement about the change. The previous voice actor, Adam, hasn't mentioned why he was replaced, which might be due to a non-disclosure agreement.

At least its really close, so im okay with this. Theres nothing that can be done. It was either this, or EVERY time Argenti and Mr. Tail talks from now on, it continues to be voiceless.

omg the minute i heard mr tail while playing i knew something was wrong!! i didnt know huohuos va changed as well, the difference is not as hearable but damn im gonna miss their old voice lines :((

It’s actually a part of the reason I pulled him and the old one really worked with his character.

Honestly it’s going to be hard for me to play him anymore now, yes it’s THAT bad.

It is better than Argenti situation, I didnt even notice Huohuo's change in the first place but I knew something off when fighting Argenti boss version

Tail only has a subtle difference

Huohuo and Mr tail new voice still captures her spirit but argenti was fucking murdered

Tail sounds more aggressive and they put more sound effects over his voice, i think? and Huo Huo sounds more childlike and high-pitched. they sound nearly identical to the originals, so it could be worse

The new voices are not only similar, but the VA quality is pretty on par, so I'm very satisfied with it even if it will take a minute to get acclimated to them. Argenti is the real issue, not because of the new VA himself, but it's pretty easy to tell it's not the game guy and he brings a vibe slightly different than the original did. Oh well.

When the change first happened I despised it but now that its been almost 2 patches I completely forget they changed VAs, it was definitely my mind reading “changed” and automatically reacting with negativity

They both sound good if you ask me, I don’t mind the new voices! But I’m probably saying this because I’ve never had huohuo and I never really heard her voiceovers too much so it doesn’t bother me as much as other people

I usually play with my volume off since I tend to forget to close it afterwards (for context I play on mobile, and if I wanna hear anything I need to turn on my notifications) but when I turned it on for the trial I could tell something was off with HuoHuos voice (got her on her rerun) at least it sounds fairly close to the original, I’ll love her nonetheless (she’s one of my fav characters)

specifically when on x2 speed i dont like Tail's ult voice line, but everything else seems fine
