I cannot argue with this. I also like the fact that it's simple and straightforward it's not somebody giving me a lecture or a sales pitch.

10: Take delight in the shortcomings of AI and use your human talent to correct it . 😎👍

Obligate yourself to do something for 1 minute. If it is washing two plates of dishes or taking out the carbage. You will notice when you finished this minute that you have the momentum to do more.

Just a quick correction:

The Pomodoro Technique isn't a Japanese Technique, it is a Italian technique developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1930s.

Cool Fact: "Pomodoro" means "Tomato" in Italian.

My issue with forest bathing is I live in a very busy city and going outside, anywhere, even a park, is riddled with other people who are just as busy and stressed. I want to go to the spa to get some self care in, I have 9 more sessions, but the fact I have to pass like 1000 people on the transit/walk there actually makes it not worth it. Like I do it sometimes, but the experience is ruined. I'd get more self care out of just meditating at home.

Wow, number 4 is a tough one for me. If you saw me you'd say, "Yep, I can see that."

Very good rules actually. I can confirm all of them work because I use them all, especially number 6. What you need to accomplish something is perseverance and a bit of luck. It may happen that your luck will not come or you will not recognize it, don't feel bad about it, it's life and at least you have tried. Don't compare yourself with the most successful ones, they are rare. There is much more unsuccessful ones but you never hear about them
