When you start to listen to the Solfeggio Frequencies, you can find symptoms such as headache, nausea or even body spasms. Do not be alarmed: you are simply "tuning/re-tuning" your system.

- method 1: listen from the lowest frequency (174 Hz) to the the highest; each frequency 2 times a day for 4-6 weeks (e.g. 174 Hz two times a day for 4-6 weeks, then 285 Hz two times a day for 4-6 weeks and so on)

- method 2: listen every day all the Solfeggio Frequencies from the lowest to the highest

-method 3: listen to the Solfeggio Frequency you are attracted to for as long as you want, as long as it feels right for you

Listening to these frequencies is not a substitute for psychological or medical treatment.

If you want to check the accuracy of the frequency, there is a 100% accurate test, a little complicated to put into practice, but infallible (the simplest method to perform this test is using a computer); the example I report below is with the frequency 174 Hz, but it can be adapted to all the frequencies you want to check (obviously adapting it to the frequencies you are checking)
- download a free DAW with a tone generator (or even more than one DAW for further verification)
- try to generate a sine tone (174 Hz)
- now listen to the generated sound together with the tone in the video, they are perfectly in sync (if they are in perfect phase the volume will increase, if instead the phase is reversed the two sounds will cancel each other) this is the sign that the two frequencies are identical
- now try to generate a tone at 173 Hz and listen to it together with the tone of the video, now the two overlapping sounds generate a kind of amplitude modulation: this means that the two overlapping frequencies are not identical (the volume goes up and down, 1 Hz monaural beat, the difference between 174 and 173 Hz)
With this test you can verify that the tone in the video is very accurate

Find a way to use a app like garageband to put this frequency on the left, and 852hz on the right…Breathe inhale (find right intensity to reach max air or max exhale till no air for each set (for 3-3-3, inhale with rght intensity to reach max air in body in 3 seconds- hold 3 seconds- exhale with correct intensity to rid self of all air)) 3-3-3, then 6-6-6 (not satanic in here, 9-9-9 and variations if each especially 3-9-6…you’re welcome
