Fun fact: Ukrainian ssr was given Crimea and when Ukraine managed to rebuild it into a paradise, Russia tried to puppet Ukraine with yanukovich and then occupied Crimea, Russia started the massive invasion of Ukraine because they were drifting towards the west to be protected from Russia.
