She argued that Rathee's video was one-sided, sidelining significant facts that would provide a fuller picture of the incident. This portrayal, according to Maliwal, led to increased threats and harassment towards her. Despite her efforts to contact Rathee to present her version of events, she received no response.

Now I come to realised that swasti mahiwal might be back by BJP because she came to Manipur without any security she went to most affected areas and the State BJP govt. did not stop her from approaching Churchanpur etc. But when Rahul Gandhi came to Manipur and tried to Visit Churchanpur State govt. restricted him said that it was danger for him to visit. There might be a reason behind how a non BJP party woman came to BJP ruling state and went dangerous place freelywithout any security.
