Largest mental health awareness walk takes over Hawaii

According to National Alliance on Mental Illness Hawaii, or "NAMI", people are still struggling with mental health with a rise in depression and anxiety. NAMI Hawaii has free programs to help support families and individuals who struggle. They have support groups and classes, as well as educating our youth with Ending the Silence. There's also the largest mental health walk in the nation and in Hawaii called NAMI Walks.
