Please… Modern ship anchor handling? This is off shore rigs anchor handling.. This is not what would happen on as an example Evergreen Ace or any other merchant ship. This is offshore rigging.

Go git ‘em Diamond offshore 👍🏻 and there are 8 of these that keep the rig on location most of the time, but if they start slipping and they add piggy backs that number can and will go up and also during hurricane season they sometimes will piggy back some of them, also this will go on for 3 days to a week according to how many anchor boats they have, and there is very little sleep that happens during this time, yes they get paid well for there time, but they earn every dime of it, yes I retired after 37 years offshore 32 with DODI, do I regret my time on the rigs ? Hell no, would I do it again ? Hell no .
