Hey guys thank you for the video. I Decided I'll go ahead and reach out to you. I currently live in downtown Seattle, as a maintenance supervisor for a couple local apartment complexes. My goal is to actually stay very near by the center of downtown so I can still can you to work with ease. Rent in my one bedroom for me and my cat comes out to $1, 524 per month before utilities. That takes half of my earnings away from me every month. I would like to spend no more than one-third of my monthly income towards rent. Do you have any suggestions for me? Thank you for your time.

Unless you have lived in Seattle before why would you want to move to Seattle . . . Do you have any suggestions for someone who is on a fixed income like say $800 a month that lived in Seattle before and wants to move back to help fix all of Seattle major problems. . . Yea you need to stop glamorizing Seattle and start talking about all of the problems Seattle is going through unless you are making so much money that you will not be affected by anything Seattle is going through (drug, homeless, squatters in parks and oh did I say drug addicts)
