Union City deals with 5 fentanyl overdoses in 24 hours

The fentanyl crisis has hit hard in the suburb of Union City, where emergency crews responded to five overdoses over 24 hours, two of which turned fatal. Wilson Walker reports. (9/6/23)

Last Sunday my daughter's teammate had a funeral for his 26-year-old brother who was hit by a car while walking on the sidewalk.

The person that killed him was a drug user who just 6 hours earlier was saved from an overdose by Narcan. Immediately after being kept alive he was hostile to everyone in the hospital, left got in his car, and killed Ben who is someone who has never done any drugs in his entire life.

This is a case of Narcan saving a drug addict, resulting in the death of an innocent person.
