It’s silent because we are not outraged enough. We as Americans need to push back on our government

Real talk in 2016 I purchased an all brick four bedroom, three bath, two car garage 2800sft home for $260, 000 with a $70, 000 income. In 2025 the same home is priced at around $700, 000. I couldn’t afford to buy in today’s market with what I’m making. Saying this to say unless people make more money it’s even harder to move forward.

I get what Anton was saying about “we not eating no Ramon Noodles, we bag chasers over here” but gardening is one of the healthiest ways you can consume your food. 🤷🏾‍♂️, and it’s organic

Anton I am surprised you would be against people starting a garden and having food independence. You must not know what’s coming to America.

I started building up more food in my pantry back in 2020 when I saw how food was running low. It was a wake up call. It's always a good idea to have plenty of food in your home. Not because of doomsday, but because of illnesses, floods, blizzards, etc. Sometimes you can't get out and get what you need when you need it so having plenty of food in your home is smart. You don't need to have a complete grocery store in your home, but having at least 2-4 weeks of food is a good thing. It doesn't all have to be canned food. That's what your freezer is for. Frozen meat and veggies can go a long way. Stocking up on food is not just smart, but it's also being responsible to make sure you have food in case something happens, and you can't get to the store.

Anton, don't ever say what you won't do sir. I work in mortgage and illnesses are leaving folks with the loss of everything so, don't ever say what you won't do...

100% in a depression... listen to anyone who described what the last one was like..."noone could find a job..and noone had any money"

Most people are living paycheck to paycheck. That is a problem. 6 figure folks are living check to check. 6 figure people need that check. Folks are scraping together multiple jobs, full time with a part time. A co worker didn’t have gas to get home but he has a mortgage. A homeowner has to rent rooms out because things are more expensive overall.

Yes, I believe it’s true. Many people are living with debt and are ashamed of it. Thus, we are not aware in our social circle of how that riddled our friends are.

I grew up with gardens. I love to walk outside and get what I need to cook. Gardening is a stress reducer for me. I have the land to do it. Even living in a townhouse, I had the space to do it.

My father was better off than I financially and he had less education . The state of America was definitely better economically in the 60s and 70s for sure.

She moved her family from Texas to Oklahoma within the last month because of property taxes and to buy bigger land for homestead.
Anton says he's not prepping, he has a lot of confidence that the system is going to remain intact. We're one nuclear bomb away from not being able to access any money, no matter how much you have.
Watching the newly released movie "Homestead" tomorrow. It's about The entire system crashing after a nuclear explosion in LA.
