Every harvest season I get a new pair of gloves, then after I’m done I harvest the hash by putting them in the freezer and cracking it off. End up with pretty much the same thing but without people cells in it, or latex residue. Get OVERSIZED so they are easy to get on and off when they get sticky.
Then after the season is over, the gloves will be water resistant for the winter and will fit a insulated layer inside.

Back when we’d help trimming in Humboldt we’d make finger hash at the end of the day nice fringe benefit to the job….normally I’d wear rubber gloves though and just put them in the freezer so the has would just come off easily and without a bunch of swear and skin cells.

Back in 2000's I use to smoke this hash but you find it very rare. Now you might find the marocan one, still a very good hash.

I accidentally made hash my last grow. After I hang my plants and before I start the curing process, I use that trim bin and I ended up with alot of kief but it was pretty moist. It was about 3 oz so it was quite a bit. I didn't realize that if I put it all in a jar and forgot about it for a month, it would turn into a solid ball of pure heaven. Haha bonus! That was a cool magic trick

I helped with a harvest on a farm in Colorado a few years back. I was doing work for a cultivation company that was in its infancy, they didn't have much equipment. Only one shucker and it was so temperamental that it easily took less time shucking the plants by hand. We were flash freezing the buds, so we specifically tried NOT to handle them as much as possible to preserve the trichomes. Regardless of us handling the buds as minimally as possible we would still end our workdays with layers of hash on our hands. After a few weeks and a couple tones of pot later I had personally collected myself a solid "homemade" ball of probably the best tasting hash I've ever had. A flavor only I get to experience, given the fact that there was over 100+ strains in that field. Especially the fact that most of those strains where "premium" genetics you can only get from breeders. They don't end up on shelves as flower, they are almost always processed into concentrates or edibles. There is absolutely no recreating the mix of strains I had lol. The only 2 names I remember are sherbet creamsicle and Don Shula. The rest of the field was a variety of different hazes and creamsicles.
