Hey! I know that you’re learning French and reading kids’ books that you already know is a really good method to do so. French is my first language and I learned English in school, but you have to start small when learning a new language. Another good idea is to watch movies and tv shows in the language you want to learn with the subtitles. Personally, after that, I started reading bigger books in English. Don’t give up and I think your progress is really good considering that French is pretty hard to learn!

Omg I have to share this!
I recently received a book as a gift called sailing through claret on Amazon I believe.
I really enjoyed it, so I can confidently say I like it. The illustrations and cover are amazing.
The content is really connecting as well for me at least, it’s more on the “older teenager” kinda vibe.
Just a book recommendation if you’re looking for new books to read yk, maybe you’ll enjoy it who knows…

i read 100 books this year and next year I will definitely lower my goal to either 35 or 50 to read more quality reads instead of reading just to read
