Making a logo out of acrylic, links to all tools used in the video are below. All CNC work was done on the Axiom AR8 CNC machine. I started off cutting the black acrylic with the item no. 51441-K 1/16" diameter Spektra ™ spiral O flute upcut bit. The pockets were cut in the orange acrylic using the item no. 51404-K 1/4" diameter Spektra ™ spiral O flute upcut bit and followed up with the 1/16" bit to create the correct radius for the pieces to fit into.

Nice! Are those amana downcut bits? That’s what I use, and they cut like butter.

Do you do custom pieces for customers?

Hi, great video! Might I ask why did you use 120 IPM feed rate with 1/4" bit? I have checked the recommended feed rate from the file from your website and it says 145 - 220 IPM for this bit? Thanks!
