You are terrible employers. Someone gives you two weeks notice so they can help you train his replacement, and you thank him by cutting his hours to 0 in his second week? Did it ever occur to you that being transferred because of a closer, adding 45min to a bus ride, might be a deterrent? He didn't apply to polo to start with. He finds a place closer to home, yet, out of loyalty and respect, he gives his two weeks rather than just take off. And you screw him over. You are terrible. Simply terrible.
