Hello Sir,
Thank you for your wonderful efforts! I noticed that at 33:52, for solution of (i) why carbon compounds generally have low melting and boiling points, you mentioned it is due to weak covalent bonds. I believe there is a small clarification needed here.

The reason for the low melting and boiling points of carbon compounds is actually due to weak intermolecular forces rather than the covalent bonds within the molecules. Covalent bonds are strong and hold the atoms together inside a molecule. If covalent bonds were weak, the molecules themselves would break apart, and the compound's chemical properties would change completely. Instead, it’s the weak attractions between molecules that require less energy to overcome, making it easier to melt or boil these compounds.
