Loraine Lawrence is a Microsoft Technical Trainer based in Canada. She is the course lead for the largest course in Microsoft and is actively involved in the content development of the courses she teaches. Her commitment to her customers is the driving force behind all she does.
Prior to Microsoft, Loraine helped organizations successfully adopt Salesforce and Workday. Working with programming teams, Loraine oversaw the development of global programs and rolled out curated learning plans to all divisions within the organization as part of an Adoption Strategy.
Loraine holds seven Microsoft certifications and is also Apple Certified.
