I see very little different from we have all been wearing for several years. I have clothing 30 years old that I could easily and cheerfully wear today. Only colours and length show any major change. Except! Embellishment is back again thank heaven, floaty lines to use space is another really good one and footwear point noticeable change. Pundits should take notes that their advice serves only about a third of the population…..the young, the small and the financially secure. The other two thirds must rub along the best they can…….the message is clear, you have been downgraded and our clothes are not made for us.

Please can somebody redeem us from the "sneaker-pandemic"? Trainers should stay where they belong to: sport and leisure. I can't bear this poor fashion victims anymore: mature ladies trampling around in unflattering trainers with skirts, dresses and tailored trousers, feeling young and cool, but looking clumsy and stout. No, sneakers don't go with everything - there are so many better comfortable and chic options - you don't have to look like granny with clubfeet. "The "international sneaker-mafia" convinced influencers and their followers that being a klutz is fashionable - elegant woman should try to reverse this trend and simply refuse to go along with this abominable footwear. And a question: "Low-maintenance fabric": Is this an euphemism for synthetics and do you really recommend this environment-killers to your followers?
