I sometimes use empty nursery pots upside down in one pot to set another on top for a tiered effect, planting something around the empty pots. Depending on the sizes and shapes of pots, this can be done with multiple tiers.

Recycling nursery pots is not hard to do at all. We have Lowe’s and Home Depot everywhere And they accept all used pots to recycle. But as a reminder if you buy from Lowes or Home Depot or Walmart you want to keep your containers for one year do you know the one-year guarantee. I’ve been advised this by employees on multiple occasions. it does make for easier returns especially when you’re returning nothing but the base of the plants.

I take them to my local nurseries, who are happy to reuse them, so they buy less new.

This video sound like greenwashing, I must have a 20 feet stack of plastic pots, the problem with Zen people like this guy is that they accomplish nothing and downplay problems. We need a national pots standardization and consignation.
