Fax, in the canon, Chara is a ghost and can not fight without Frisk body, the community really put her as a pure hate demon that is at least High-Complex-Multiversal wich is funny knowing that Chara only destroyed the Undertale world with the soul of Frisk, and thats her only feat. She can not fight by herself without Frisk body, meaning this fight would be kind of impossible. Now, if we are talking about Chara possesing Frisk body then it would be a possible fight, now, is it with reset or no reset? because if its no reset then Sans would destroy them in 3 seconds. If its with reset then we all know how it ends.

High-Intelligence: Chara seems to remember the timelines (considering when you do the Genocide Route and ERASE and do it a second time and click DO NOT, Chara says “You made your choice long ago”, implying remembrance).
4th Wall Awareness: As said, Chara is aware of the Player’s existence, the SAVE and RESET, and the routes.
Attack: At the end of the Genocide Route, Chara does an extremely powerful attack, which seemingly kills the Player (or Frisk) and destroys the entire universe.
Possession: As a spirit, Chara can possess someone if they have enough DETERMINATION, such as possessing Frisk in the Soulless Pacifist Route (although, this is still partly speculated).
Determination: With this, it allows Chara to keep coming back despite how many times they die, all while retaining all their past knowledge.
Transmutation: Chara can create (stated at the end of the Genocide Route), destroy/erase (via ERASE), and restart (via RESET) timelines and manipulate the events.
Save and Load: If Chara were to mess something up, they could go to a certain area and fix it.
Face Manipulation: It was shown Chara can make their eyes and mouth wider and even cause black/brown goop to drip from their said eyes and mouth.
Knifemanship: It is implied Chara has some connection with knives. This, and considering each fallen human has a weapon and armor that represents them. For Chara, the "Real Knife" and "The Locket".𝕔𝕙𝕒𝕣𝕒 𝕨𝕚𝕟𝕤

Facts man. Sans dose beat chara/frisk multil times as shown in the genocide route. The only reason they win is because they can keep coming back and by doing that they can learn more of his tricks and win. That's really the main reason sans always loses in the genocide route

Fax. Chara needs a body (Frisk) to attack and (Frisk's) Determination to attack so all these universal feats are for Frisk and not Chara. She is also featless in terms of speed because not She but FRISK could run faster than a lightning bolt in fight with Vulkin.

Cause the original chara (undertale official game chara not anims and anything) never showed her powers well she acctualy showed that she can destroy timelines wythout any difficult so uh...
