There are some other very common ways to say thank you and possible responses to give.

From top of my head:

1) Sağ ol --> Literally "be alive/be well" - It is very casual but also sincere, should not be used in formal conversation. Could be used with the word "çok" in the beginning, ie "çok sağ ol".

2) Sağ olun --> Literally "be alive/be well" but in the plural form. It is very common and the more formal version of "Sağ ol" so it can be used in formal conversations. Also could be used with the word "çok" in the beginning, ie "çok sağ olun".

3) Eyvallah --> This word is also used very commonly in Turkey to thank someone. Although its origin is religious even hippies or non-believers use it widely. Men use it more than women do. It is very casual and sincere but should not be used in any formal conversation at all. You can also hear it in a different meaning, ie to say "good bye".

4) Allah razı olsun --> Literally "God may bless you". You might hear this a lot from religious people, they mean well so you should not be confused if you come across this. But it should not be used in any formal conversation at all.

And these are some other responses you could use after someone thanks you:

1) Rica ederim --> Very common and could be used in both formal and informal conversations. Actually it is even safer than the response given in the video(bir şey değil) in formal conversations. If you get confused you can use this as your primary response.

2) Önemli değil --> Literally "It's not important". This is also very common and safe to use most of the time.

3) Problem değil --> Literally "It's not problem". This is the Turkish equivalent of "no problem" in English.

4) Ne demek --> Literally "Means nothing". This is more casual and less used than others. Should be used in only informal and friendly conversations.
