3 Ways To Make Your Ex Jealous (Subtle Tricks That Create Real Jealousy)

Why would you want to make your ex jealous? Jealousy is painful, and can make your ex second-guess their decision to break up with you (and maybe even make them reach out and start chasing you).

BUT BEWARE! Jealousy can backfire, so be careful.... be very subtle and make sure it looks natural and not intentional. That's why I call this "Covert Jealousy".

1.) Get A Makeover And Look Awesome. You don't need to get plastic surgery or buy thousands of dollars of new clothes, just hit the gym, get a new haircut, buy a new shirt, splurge on that teeth whitening product... whatever it is, just take steps to make sure you look great. Preferably even better than when you were in the relationship. Just generally make sure that when your ex sees you, they notice how great you look.

2.) Go on some dates! Date, date, date, date, and date some more. The more you date, the more your ex will think, "Hey, I used to date this really high-quality individual. Why on Earth did I dump him/her?"

So go out on dates. I'm not saying you should sleep with the whole entire world, but make it clear that there are tons of guys or girls eager to replace your ex at your side. Researchers and relationship experts call this "pre-selection". Being wanted and chased by others makes you more desirable to the opposite sex. So line up some dates... make new friends... join a club.. just generally get out of your comfort zone and meet people.

3.) Use Social Media. Your ex WILL stalk you on Facebook so use social media to post pictures and status updates sharing details of your awesome, fun new life... post photos of yourself with members of the opposite sex, share pics from your great social life, post positive things that indicate you're thriving... trust me, your ex will see this and become jealous, even if it's on a subconscious level, and that will make them wonder if they should've broken up with you.

Remember, BE CAREFUL! Only create jealousy in a subtle, under-the-radar way or else it will backfire and your ex will be mad or upset, hurting your chances of winning them back.

What if your ex perceives you going out on dates as you having moved on? Therefore they no longer want anything to do with you even if it did incite jealousy to some degree? My ex respects me enough to let me be if he saw or heard that I was going out with a new guy..  I honestly doubt he'd try to get in contact with me at all after hearing something like that. I'd probably be the same. I wouldn't try to contact him if I heard he was with some other girl, or met up with some other girl, I'd respect the fact that he's potentially found someone else, it definitely wouldn't make me chase him any more.

Hey Brad, I'm Oriana. The problem i'm having connects to some of your videos but it just can't quite hit the right point. This guy used to like me & at one point i caught massive feelings for him. We were settled friends until he brought up this beautiful girl that goes to my school. Of course, like most girls, i got jealous. But for some strange reason he got mad at me for getting jealous. Then, he found out about a guy i liked WAY back, & every single argument we had, he brought up the guy i used to like. It didn't matter what the argument was about, his name was always brought up. I got so tired of it, i clenched my jaw so hard whenever i heard him say his name. Eventually, i outgrew him bringing up names because that was basically all he did. A few weeks later, i asked him, "why haven't you been talking to me?" And he said, "cause we're fading." I don't know if you know this, but that is the ghetto way for "we are drifting" or "i'm losing feelings." I can't explain how much i have tried to have people text him & convince him to date me, but the kid was always acting like a jerk saying "nah" or "i don't care." Today, he asked me if i can take down the "man crush monday" pictures of him on instagram. I said "kk bye" & he didn't even bother to fight & say "why?" Like he used to.. I have such hard feelings for him but he's a total rude jerk & i don't know what to do to get over him... Please help?

I have some examples that i'm not sure are jealousy or not, and would like your advice if you could please
1. After the break up, he didn't want to speak to me. I was snapchatting his friend (sending innocent photos/videos) and when this friend opened up a video, it was around my ex. The moment he heard my voice he got a little defensive asking why we were talking. 
2. Since the break up, i've lost 3 kilos. There is a dress he has always wanted me to wear during the duration of our relationship but I couldn't fit into it. Over the weekend, I took a photo of myself being able to fit into the dress and posted it to social media. Not only did he like the photo, but he spoke about it with his friends, but he told them "it feels to me like she's trying to move on, good on her" but his friends did tell me that he was glad to see it
3. Before he came over to return my stuff (we have been broken up now for just over a week) i've obviously dropped a little weight, but I've also dyed my hair back to the colour I had when we first got together. I also cleaned my house to detail (it was very messy prior). When he first saw me, as I walked out the door, he told me nice hair, and said I looked nice. He dropped off my things inside and said "wow, your house looks so nice now" but a conversation didn't happen at all, just comments. I responded with thanks most of the time. As he was leaving, I told him thanks for my stuff, he said that was fine, smiled and was off on his way.

I don't know if this is needed to share either, but my birthday was just over a month ago. For this we went to the coast and he paid for a hotel and expenses. We had some photo booth photos, and photos from a building we climbed. There were two copies of each. When I received my stuff back I noticed he didn't return both copies, he kept his half. I'm sure i'm over analysing it, but I can't help but miss him so much and just want to know what I should do.
