You can also find admiral outfit on one of the floors in naval air control tower, one of the levels is kinda like a classroom and you can find it on the desk

Fyi killing orange hazmat zombies drop the suit items, and a 56 storage backpack. I am guessing the green and white ones also can be earned from killing their respective colours but I am not 100% sure
