Arrest made in lemonade stand theft in Chesapeake

A man is facing charges after he was caught on camera stealing money from kids at a lemonade stand!

They found the guy (he’s 19) and he was charged with petit larceny! And they held another lemonade stand and the whole community came out and they made over $6000!!! So this has a happy ending 😁😁😁 I had to Google it because I was so angry about this happening!

WoW, I absolutely hate thieves! But WOW 😳!! $6000 bucks. Had that 19yo not been a punk and steal thier money, these kids would have never gotten the $6000. I hope they stick it to the guy, and make him pay the money back.

Great story, well apart from the low life stealing from them in the first place. However the fact he's been caught & arrested, that everyone knows he robbed 2 little kids of lemonade stand money is priceless. Even if he had gotten away with the $6, 000 they made after the theft, it still would not have been worth the sheer shame & ridicule he will be facing for many years after this. So happy the community showed the kids that a lot of decent people are still around and that they gained their money back & so much more.
