It's about time for Nvidia. I bought quite a bit a month ago for around $124, and been waiting patiently for increases.

Got into Nvidia stock options [September 6th: $130 strike] today near the low -at $101. Was aiming for the 90's but was just a bit early for the brief dip to $97 before the run up to $106. Sooner or later if not now the bulls will stampede into earnings and it's crucial to be ahead of the run up.

I have a couple batches of NVDA. The first I bought is a split adjusted cost basis of $2.40. The second batch is about $99 per share. the first batch is now just shy of 4000 shares. The second batch if near 400 shares.

Great update! Nvidia's big gain is exciting, and it's helpful to get the latest on Intel and AMD as well. Thanks for breaking down the impacts on these key tech stocks

I bought Nvidia at $0.8 (split adjusted) in march 2016, never sold but added during each dip. Average is now $81.36. Last I bought at $101.47
All stocks dropped because of the Sahm rule was triggered due to the rise of unemployment by 0.5% in a quarter, but was contradicted by the lest modification in the last report.

Thanks Jose for this very good contribution. Esp. happy to listen to your discussion on SMH. Happens to be my biggest (20% and growing) stock that I intend to keep and accumulate for the next 10-15 years. You mention that apart from SMH you also have some smaller possession in other related etfs. It would be interesting to hear you discuss and compare these. Also agree that AMD will become a beast. Keep the good stuff going.

INTC market cap is under 100B right now, if NVDA decides they want their own foundries...

What are your thoughts about PLTR, Jose? Can it continue much higher?

Jose, any insight to the tech issue causing the Blackwell delay?

Rumor is pointing towards the edgewise bonding of the two chips…

Any chance they miss on revenue, and if they did slow down how much will the stock be affected? It looks like we're going to be flat for a quarter due to the Blackwell delay.

@Jose, is SOXL semi ETF any good compared to SMH?

I bought very cheap before boom but didn't have a lot of money so eight time what I had didn't make me rich. I bought every deep, most during 450, (but not the last, thought it could be a recession bear) and now my position (split calculated) is 60. Back then I DIDN'T read nor see financial news. I wish I could know if the media were screaming "Ai bubble! Selling but not improving efficiency of mag7!" a year ago. I know media are over hysterical. Just see Bloomberg channel during the dip they wanted Armageddon.
Yet curious when did media started to cry "bubble/Ai isn't efficient". Was it all along and I was unaware or was it past months.

(If you want out, this time sell at 145 because it can dip to 120 if two months passes after report.)

I got into Soxq as a semiconductor etf mainly because of its cheaper expense ratio and that it has less weight on Nvidia (I already hold a bunch of Nvidia so SMH makes less sense to me). Would be nice to one time compare SOXX, SMH, SOXQ! Thanks for your super informative videos 👌

I haven't followed all the antitrust things going on very closely. I seen there was some news about Google. I've been seeing a lot of big tech names being thrown around fat. Does this all mean for the semiconductor industry and Nvidia in general??

I am unfortunately desuaded from buying Nvidia when it drops to 90+ now kind of kicking myself. But I think we are not yet done with the bears and price could drop again. I heard traditionally September is one of the worst month for stocks.

Hi Jose, I was surprised this week by Lumen Technology, a company that seems to have enormous success in the AI area and whose shares rose 62% this week?
