I agree with you about pay, agency definitely needs more. Because sometimes you will be at the facilities and working in a sh!t show 😂The best thing about shift key is the flexibility as far as being able to make your own schedule. When I was a staff nurse the facility act like they owned me. Agency is the way to go. Work your 36 hours and make twice more. Can’t beat it.

I get that mam, I have refused to work for agencies that 1. Do not take out taxes . 2. I will not work for an agency that charges me for T. B. Skin tests, drug tests or background checks. I have been doing this work over 30 years... Getting ridiculous! SMDH😮

Wow! All my paperwork got approved within a day or within 30 minutes! A Rep reachout as well. I haven't picked up any shifts yet! Minnesota pay rages from late 20's to late 30's with options to bid.The con, most of the assignments range 30 miles or more! Hopefully, this improves in the near future! Thanks for the video!

It's a back up gig, I have it because you never know when you might need it. I work at a hospital as a CNA and make more than enough but love this because it's a back up if something ever falls through and I need employment. I recommend this for backup/extra money but not a primary source of income. ❤ From New Mexico! 😊

Shiftkey does NOT take taxes out. And you do NOT have to have a Paycard, unless you do not have a bank account. They are a PLATFORM. NOT an AGENCY. You are a contractor; therefore, you will receive a 1099 and are responsible for your taxes. All of your expenses for work are a write off. Keep this in mind.

i shiftkey, and some of the things you mentioned have Changed, GA is a LOW paying state PERIOD, oh and never had any money taken out of my check for drug test etc, worklogs are optional now but everything is electronic now. Oh and Im in SC luv😘

I had a bad experience, I signed up for clipboard and when I showed up for the shift the facility had no idea 🤷‍♀️ I was supposed to be there, the app approved me to go. Then clipboard was trying to penalized me for not working the shift.. I finally sort it out. I just sign up with ConnectRN hopefully I have a better experience

I'm not forsure what state you live in but I live in Tennessee close to Nashville and shiftkey pay ranges from $23-$37 for a CNA so I guess it depends on where you live because I think they pay is good!

Shitkey was bumping in the Carolina’s until after they wouldn’t rehire after 2 years of working with them and nothing new on my background but the same shit from years ago …yeah I worked in shiftkey in Atl lthey wasn’t paying nothing in ga …ga doesn’t pay nothing regardless that’s why I left and the facilities are horrible ima a CNA and was getting payed 32 in sc for a min and I do mean for about a good 6 months nothing but 2000 checks every week but they did me wrong with not rehiring me …

Like she said, that was her experience. I have been with them since 2019. The hiring process went smoothly for me. You dont have wait for a rapid pay card to get paid. If you have a debit card it takes less than 10 min to change from weekly to daily.

They don’t take taxes and the prices is depending on the facilities and different states offer good amount if you like to travel this would be for you I love shiftkey but I get paid good bc I travel with it

Am a nurse w/them in Florida . Shifts are few and far between here and they have the nerve to show you every week. What nurses make per week over 5K it makes me feel so bad because I can't even get two shifts a week and my traveling distant is anywhere from 3 to 400 miles. Then you'll change from paper tothe phone app signing onthe phone. No one tells you anything you just pick up your phone one day after finishing the shift. Get ready to upload your stuff and there comes the new whatever they're doing that's really bad it's disgusting Company 🤮 !

I worked for Nursa and occasionally I could get a shift for 45 an hour depending on desperation of facility. Most of the time it was around 20-24 an hour.

I've been signed up with shiftkey for over a year now and have only been picked to work TWO shifts. The facilities pick who they know. Its harder than hell to get in. The pay isnt super great AND they do take out the cost of your background check out of your 2 first shifts. Total crap. (I signed up for shiftkey when i was in school for my RN. I'd been an LPN for 25 years and an RN for 2 months and couldn't get picked for a shift. These companies literally know nothing about you. Ridiculous waste of time.
