I remember the story when Ollie Johnson the animators told about cause the great thing that, the picture was how he presented the death of the mother? wants the storyboard and story guy said Walt we're gonna show the mother lying down here after she's been shot when Bambi comes back and see this bloody mess there and Walt said G.... I don't know guys that doesn't sound quite right the way he felt it should be when Bambi was looking for his mother. And that movie that I cried when Bambi's mother last word “Faster, faster Bambi! Don't look back! Keep running, KEEP RUNNING!” and she was shot and killed and I cried 😢 allot...

This scene was so heartbreaking, though in my opinion, not as heartbreaking as Mufasa’s from The Lion King. Maybe because I was a late 90s kid and not an early 40s kid lol.
