Hood Mounted Solar Panel Powering EcoFlow River Max and SetPower Fridge on 2019 Toyota RAV4

With this solar and battery setup I am able to run my 12v fridge in the trunk of my car almost indefinitely as long as I have clear skies and plenty of sunlight.

This is as close to my ideal setup as it gets—it’s easy to install, versatile, and the perfect size for my #adventurerig.

12v Fridge: @setpowerusa AJ50 53Qt
Solar Panel: @cascadia4x4 VSS System
Battery: @ecoflowtech River Max 600w

How you install the solar panel? I was told that the solar panel would get too hot so it needs to have airflow between the panel and and your car bonnet

Which model? I looked through all of them & they don't make a Toyota rav4 one. Was wondering because I have a rav4 and curious if they made a 100w+ panel. 🤔 Also I know it's weather proof but if you regularly take your car to the automatic car wash, would the high pressure water damage the panel?
