Warm-up routine for belly dance

In this video, I'm presenting a quick warm-up or light stretching routine addressing the areas that we most commonly use in belly dancing. To make it shorter, simply reduce the time spent on each area. In class, I do this routine in 5-6 minutes, as I don't want to take away too much class time, and my students already know it. But it gets us warmed-up and in the dance mood. Enjoy! 🙂
