Great job. This is how every project starts I'm just going to get it running and enjoy the car but we see all the lazy work that has been done over the years and we can't help ourselves. Looks good Terry.. things to note ... Weld each tube all the way round where the front leg meets the screen bar, then weld the roof brace in, as said in the comments, those gusstets will be mighty close to your head... Just make them smaller ... Great work as always ... Its good you show the mistakes Nobody is perfect ...

I would put that tube in to triangulate from main hoop to front leg just put your seat in place to make sure you don’t interfere with the seat if you are using winged seats 👍🏻 cracking job tho mate

Great work terry and love the effort your putting in . The bar that runs over the door should ideally meet where youve put the cross bar in the roof as youve lost the triangulation and strength in the cage. Just my opinion but really loving the build mate and keep up the good work

Great work buddy, but, potentially you could be banging your head on those gussets, especially if you're planning on wearing a helmet

you need to look at the availability of a front heated screen if you plan to loose the heater box, after all this is England... [from a man who run his fiesta without one in autum/winter]
don't forget, you will need extra headroom for helmets...

Great job looking well, not keen on the little bars on front windscreen, I understand why you are using them as grab handles, I’m getting on to and is a pain getting in over door bars, I use the roof cross on my mk2 escort rally car and works well
