I have been watching many of your videos VERY helpful!! Long story short I went back to school to get my LNA to basically be able to do what I did 20 years ago as a rehab aide in Atlanta. I am now looking at what department to pick and you have been very helpful! I would Love a video on how Nurses feel about /utilize LNAs and why so many LNAs go back to school. I am finding it is more for respect then actually wanting to move on. I myself would go back to be a medical assistant to do more but not sure. Great videos Thank you!

If you were the hiring manager you think this might sway you to hire more male nurses? Politically incorrect, and these days the guys get paternity leave too so i guess it doesnt matter as much. But at least you can negotiate with the guys on when they take the leave vs the women who cant give you a choice.
