McDonald's Testing Snow Crab Sandwich at San Francisco Stores

Four McDonald's stores in the Bay Area are testing a crab sandwich item made with snow crab. If the item performs well there are plans to roll out the sandwich to 250 additional stores in the San Francisco market. Snow crab is interesting with prices for Canadian snow crab out of Newfoundland and from the Gulf of St. Lawrence at record levels according to Urner Barry.
