Tillakaratne Dilshan at the 2009 T20 World Cup 👉 317 runs at 52.83 🔥

Mohammad Amir sent the Sri Lankan packing in a wicket maiden to kick off the final and put 🇵🇰 on track for victory 🏆

What do you think is the greatest opening over in T20I history?

Amir's over against india in asia cup while defending 86 or something runs is the best opening over!

Why it's the greatest t20 over:
- T20 Final
- Dilshan was the best batsman in the tournament
- Sri Lanka were favourites
- This wicket basically won the match for Pak.

Please upload the spell of wahab Riaz against Shane Watson during the last world cup... That was the best white ball spell I've ever seen.

I had the privilege of being there for this match (as a neutral supporter). All the hype coming in was about Dilshan’s revolutionary, explosive batting during the tournament so far. For Amir to come in and bowl a wicket maiden first up in the biggest match of his life was truly sensational. It’s a tragedy that he became a lost talent and never fulfilled his potential due to the mistakes he made. The joy of the Pakistan supporters celebrating in St John’s Wood afterwards was something to behold though, and I’m sure they’ll never forget his achievements that day.

He could have been one of the best bowlers in world cricket, if he didn't do spot fixing

my God. from 2009 to 2012 Sri lanka were at the peak. just think they could ve won 2 t20 world cups and 1 odi world cup in that short span. the class of Dilshan, Sanga, Mahela, Malinga...the pillars...man they r underrated.

In Hindi there is a saying apne pair pe kulhadi maarna. This guy did just that. He could have easily been on the same level as Akhtar and other Pak fast bowlers who are legends today.

Look at his run up, absoultely steaming in with determination in his eyes, eagerness to go back to run up quickly, to bowl fast, bowlling those thunderbolts at 90mp/h
That's a proper fierce fast bowler!absoultely brilliant :)
