How did Goku escape from Namek?

no, goku explained it right after he returned to earth and he was using ginyu force's spaceship to return but they were supposed attack Yadrat so the spaceship took him there. Yes this is in the anime

Goku couldn’t be wished back to life because he wasn’t dead, after they found that out they tried to bring him to earth but Goku refused. I thought they shown that at the end of the namek saga going into the android saga.
