Yeah I’d say its heavily in Byakuya’s favor, he does everything she can do but better, and on top of that he actually knows exactly what she’s capable of, being the only person who’s seen her bankai first hand, so she loses the element of surprise. I’d say this is quite an easy battle for him, she is strong and her bankai again is an important factor, but there’s nothing keeping him from sitting outside of her ranged and just nuking her with his blades, something he routinely does in his fights.

Her only choice would be to somehow get through Senbonzakura Kageyoshi’s defenses, and she really has no speed feats, nor the durability to suggest that she could even do that. His only real danger is if he decides to play to her strengths and fight close quarters, but again, he knows exactly how her powers work so I doubt he’d even attempt that.
