Your great, easy to follow. I'm starting a non-profit to develop a park, and travel center to promote the town.
Travel center will have Ice cream, coffee, soft drinks, lite food. Among other things. I'm also retire, will that
cause a problem.

I am newly established (private foundation). I have used my own money to start up such as the 1023EZ, Marketing items, website/domain-- can I pay myself back out of the funds I have received into my nonprofit?
