Great video and summary of Daniel Goleman's book! I read "Emotional Intelligence" back in High-School and have been very fascinated with the idea ever since.

Out of curiosity have you read the newer version "Emotional Intelligence 2.0" is it worth reading even if you've already read the original? What are the difference's other than it being much shorter?
