I made a deployment Task for a DELL Laptop, the deployment process itself is really fast, around 9 minutes. the MDT Monitoring state says "completed" but the computer still runs in the "this might take several minutes" phase for like 8 Minutes... any tips?

This example shows how to deploy a fresh install of Windows but will this work for imaging a Windows 10 system that already has programs on it? For example I want to deploy an exact clone of machine 1 on to machine 2.

Hey bro can you help us make a windows 10 mobile deployment tool that will be able to install windows 10 mobile on surface 2 RT because this version of windows 8.1 RT sucks and it can run a ARM version of Windows 10 but I can't figure it out because secure boot can't disable it ... or help with instructions on how

Oh yes! Been there done that. I have figured out that you NEED to boot into Admin mode ( I forget the actual name) but this let's you run the removing app scripts and should have no problem syspreping.

Where did you get your Win10 ISO? The 1803 ISO that gets downloaded with the Win10 Download tool comes with a install.ESD file vs install.WIM file AND it does not have Win10 Enterprise, just Home, Edu & Pro. I can see in your ISO you have all the versions.

When trying to update my deployment share to completely regenerate boot imgs, I receive an error message of "Unable to mount the WIM, so the update process cannot continue." I'm researching on this, but if you know more than what I can find, help please ;-)

Can I ask where you got your iso file for 1803? I had to extract mine from the install.esd so that I could get the iso I needed for Windows 10 Professional. Also have you run into any issues after deploying 1803 where the disk usage in task manager is capped at 100% and bogs the machine down? It happens on multiple different machines in my environment after deployment.

I use MDT to capture and Deploy. Even with all the updates to the server and ADK 1803, i still have to disable Sysprep on the TS in order for the capture to work. :( Ridiculous MS!
Also, my 1709 worked great when adding to Domain and re-naming PC from Wizard when booting to MDT via PXE. Now, the renaming doesnt work.. it will revert to the stock PC name..
Anyone else notice this?

Both MDT/ADK and WDS have been updated with the latest Driver packs. However during the capturing process I get the following error. "A connection to the deployment share could not be made. The Following networking device did not have a driver installed" This is driving me nuts! MDT is a POS!
