Thanks Joachim, not heard of this recipe before but I"ll give it a go, sounds delicious. As I always have home made pizza dough balls in the freezer, I'll cheat and use that instead of your base. Cheers

We made this tonight! Started the dough yesterday and it cooked beautifully, just crisp on the bottom and edges, but just soft under the topping, which had a wonderful flavor. We has used your salsa mix for falafel the previous night, and the leftovers went on the lahmacun to compliment the meat nicely. One pizza was enough for the two of us, so we get to have it again! I wasn't sure on the chili flakes if you meant red pepper flakes or chili powder, but I went with aleppo pepper flakes instead, and I think this was the right call. Loved the spice mixture, the sumac really came through and cut through the richness of the meat. That you very much for introducing us to something new!

Perfect pronunciation of lacmacun! Can you use a milk substitute (almond, soya) for the dairy or just water?

Your videos are wonderful, in part because you do so much advance preparation (i.e., having the cling film cut and ready so your viewers don't have to watch you fiddle with the box). These small details are greatly appreciated.
